Privacy and statistics

This site is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. There is no database, no sign-up, no user profile.

What is collected

By itself, nothing. The only tool that can collect data is Google Analytics, and it runs only if you accept it in the bar that appears on your first visit. Until you choose, or if you decline, it is never loaded and no statistics cookie is written.

If you accept, Google Analytics records in aggregate form: the pages you view, how long you stay, your country, the site or app you arrived from, your device and browser. Your IP address is anonymised. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred outside the European Union under the safeguards Google provides.

Changing your mind

Your choice is stored in your own browser. You can change it whenever you like from this page or from the link at the bottom of every page: the bar comes back and you decide again. Clearing this site's data in your browser resets the choice.

What is not here

No advertising, no social buttons that track you, no fonts loaded from outside servers: the fonts are hosted here. The videos page does not contact YouTube until you press play on a video; the PIF video is served from this site.
